Kärsämäki is a municipality in Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. As of 28 February 2023, 2,467 people lived there. Neighbouring municipalities are Haapajärvi, Haapavesi, Pyhäjärvi, Pyhäntä and Siikalatva.
