Justin Capră

Virgilius Justin Capra (22 February 1933 – 19 January 2015) was a Romanian inventor, teacher and engineer. He was known for his many inventions including: the world's 1st first jetpack (named "flying backpack"),[2][1] electric tricycle Oblio and Troty, the smallest car in the world Soleta (with a consumption of 0.5l / 100 km), first "rocketcar", car with a plane engine (Virgilius) and more.
