Julia Duffy

Julia Margaret Duffy (née Hinds; born June 27, 1951 in St. Paul, Minnesota) is an American actress.[1] She was born near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

She has acted in a number of television situation comedies.[2] She played Penny Davis in the 1970s television soap opera The Doctors. She played Stephanie in the 1980s sitcom Newhart. She played Allison Sugarbaker in season 6 of Designing Women.
