Jovino Novoa

Jovino Novoa Vásquez (31 March 1945 – 1 June 2021) was a Chilean politician and lawyer. He was born in Santiago de Chile. From 1998 until 2014, Novoa was a member of the Senate. Between 2009 and 2010, he was the President of the Senate.

Novoa died on 1 June 2021 in Santiago from emphysema, aged 76.[1]
