Joseph R. Bowen

Joseph R. Bowen (April 22, 1950 – March 8, 2022) was an American politician and businessman. Bowen was born in Evansville, Indiana. Bowen was a member of the Kentucky State Senate from 2011 to 2019. He was a member of the Republican Party.[1] He was in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2005 to 2007.

On March 8, 2022, it was announced that Bowen died from a heart attack at the age of 71.[2]
