Joseph Brodsky

Iosif Aleksandrovich Brodsky[1] (/ˈbrɒdski/; Russian: Иосиф Александрович Бродский [ɪˈosʲɪf ɐlʲɪˈksandrəvʲɪtɕ ˈbrotskʲɪj] (audio speaker iconlisten); 24 May 1940 – 28 January 1996), better known as Joseph Brodsky, was a Russian-American writer. He won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1987. He wrote poetry in Russian.
