Jolidee Matongo

Jolidee Matongo (1974 – 18 September 2021) was a South African politician. He was the Mayor of Johannesburg from 10 August 2021 until his death on 18 September 2021. Before, he was a member of the mayoral committee (MMC) for finance. Matongo was a member of the African National Congress. He was born in Soweto, South Africa.

Matongo died on 18 September 2021 in a car crash in Soweto.[1]
