Joe Viskocil
Joseph "Joe" Viskocil (December 21, 1952 – August 11, 2014) was an American visual effects artist. He had over 80 credits between 1974 and 2014. His movie credits include Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980), The Terminator (1984) and Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991). For Independence Day (1996), he won an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects at the 69th Academy Awards in 1997.
