Joseph Peter Pantoliano (born September 12, 1951)[1] is an American actor. He is known for his roles in Risky Business, The Goonies, La Bamba and Midnight Run. He has also played Captain Conrad Howard in the Bad Boys trilogy and Ralph Cifaretto during seasons 3 and 4 of The Sopranos.
