Jakob Arjouni

Jakob Bothe (born Jakob Michelsen; 8 October 1964 17 January 2013), better known as Jakob Arjouni, was a German writer. He received the 1992 German Crime Fiction Prize for One Man, One Murder. He was born in Frankfurt, Hesse, West Germany.[1]

Arjouni died from pancreatic cancer on 17 January 2013 in Berlin, Germany. He was 48 years old. He was outlived by his wife and children.[2]
