Jackie Robinson (basketball, born 1927)

Robert Jackson Robinson (April 26, 1927 – February 8, 2022), nicknamed "Jack" or "Jackie", was an American Baptist pastor, theologian and college basketball player. He competed at the 1948 Summer Olympics, winning a gold medal.[1] Robinson was born in Fort Worth, Texas.

Robinson died on February 8, 2022 in Augusta, Georgia at the age of 94.[2]
