Ivo Fürer

Jakob Andreas Ivo Fürer (20 April 1930 – 12 July 2022) was a Swiss prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was Bishop of St. Gallen from 1995 to 2005. Fürer was born in Gossau, St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Fürer died on 12 July 2022 in Gossau from problems caused by Parkinson's disease, aged 92.[1]
