Ivan Passer

Ivan Passer (10 July 1933 – 9 January 2020) was a Czech-American movie director and screenwriter. He was born in Prague. He studied with Miloš Forman, Václav Havel and Jerzy Skolimowski. He directed his first feature, Intimate Lighting, which was released in 1965.

Passer died on January 9, 2020 in Reno, Nevada of problems caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the age of 86.[1]
