Hugh Conaghan

Hugh Conaghan (6 May 1926 – March 2020) was an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. He was elected to Dáil Éireann as Fianna Fáil Teachta Dála (TD) for the Donegal constituency at the 1977 general election.[1]

He was a losing candidate at the Donegal North-East by-election on 10 June 1976. He was elected at the 1981 general election for the Donegal North-East constituency and was re-elected for this constituency until he lost his seat at the 1989 general election.[2] He was a losing candidate at the 1992 general election.[2]

Conaghan died in March 2020, aged 93.[3]
