Hassoumi Massaoudou
Hassoumi Massaoudou (born 22 October 1957) is a Nigerien politician who is the disputed acting President of Niger since 2023. Massaoudou has been the Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2021. He was the Minister of Finance from October 2016 to January 2019.[1] He is a member of the Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS-Tarayya).

Following a coup d'état that removed Mohamed Bazoum from office in July 2023, Massaoudou declared himself acting President of Niger.[2] However his leadership is disputed by the military junta who removed Bazoum from office.[2]
