Haim Gouri

Haim Gouri (Hebrew: חיים גורי; October 9, 1923 – January 31, 2018) was an Israeli poet, novelist, journalist, and documentary filmmaker. He was born in Tel Aviv.[1] In 1975, he won the Bialik Prize for literature and in 1988, he won the Israel Prize for Hebrew poetry.[2]

Gouri died in Jerusalem on January 31, 2018 at the age of 94.
