HM Prison Wakefield

Her Majesty's Prison Wakefield is a Category A prison for men in Wakefield in England. Category A means that the prison is for the most dangerous criminals. It was built in 1594. It has about 740 prisoners.[1] Harold Shipman was a prisoner there until he committed suicide in 2004.[2] Ian Watkins was also a prisoner there.
