Gulbuddin Hekmatyar

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar (Pashto: ګلبدين حكمتيار; born 1 August 1949)[2] is an Afghan politician. He was a mujahideen leader. He is the founder and current leader of the Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin political party.[3] He was the Prime Minister twice during the 1990s.
