Gary Anthony Williams
Gary Anthony Williams (born March 14, 1966) is an American actor and comedian. He is known for providing the voice of Uncle Ruckus in the Adult Swim series The Boondocks and is also the voice of Beta in the Disney Channel series Hailey's On It!. He also stars in Weeds and Boston Legal. Williams was born in Atlanta, Georgia.[1]
