Frank E. Denholm
Franklin Edvard Denholm[1] (November 29, 1923 – April 7, 2016) was an American politician. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from South Dakota. He served in congress from 1971 through 1975. He was born in Scotland Township of Day County, South Dakota.
