Frank Barnaby
Frank Charles Barnaby[1] (27 September 1927 – 1 August 2020)[2] was an English nuclear physicist. He worked at the Nuclear Issues Consultant to the Oxford Research Group.[3]

Barnaby was Director of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) from 1971 to 1981. In 1981, Barnaby became a founding member of the World Cultural Council.[4]
