Fomalhaut b

Fomalhaut b is an object in the vicinity of the star Fomalhaut, about 25 light years away from us. The object was first postulated in 2008. In 2012, it could be observed for the first time. The nature of the object is unknown. While it was first thought to be an exoplanet, the opinion in 2021 is that it might be a dust cloud.
