Fazlollah Zahedi

Fazlollah Zahedi (Persian: فضل‌الله زاهدی, romanized: Fazlollāh Zāhedi, pronounced [fæzloɫˈɫɒːh zɒːheˈdiː]; 17 May 1892 – 2 September 1963) was an Iranian general and politician. He was the 36th Prime Minister of Iran 1953 - 1955. He replaced Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh in a coup d'état. The United States and Great Britain supported that military take over.
