Everett A. Kelly
Everett A. Kelly (September 2, 1926 – November 13, 2018) was an American Republican politician. He was born in Foley, Alabama.
Biography
He was a member of the Florida House of Representatives representing 35th district from 1978 to 1982, the 46th district from 1982 to 1992, and the 42nd district from 1992 until 2000.
Kelly was Speaker Pro Tempore from 1990 to 1992. He died in Tavares, Florida[1] on November 13, 2018 at the age of 92.[2]
