Esteban Edward Torres
Esteban Edward Torres (January 27, 1930 – January 25, 2022) was an American politician. He was a member of the Democratic Party. He was born in Miami, Arizona.[1] He served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from California's 34th congressional district. He served as a member of the California Transportation Commission[2] from 1997 to 2007.

Torres died on January 25, 2022 in Miami, Florida, two days before his 92nd birthday.[3]
