Equus (movie)
Equus is a 1977 British American drama movie directed by Sidney Lumet and based on the play of the same name by Peter Shaffer. It stars Richard Burton, Peter Firth, Colin Blakely, Joan Plowright, Eileen Atkins, Jenny Agutter and was distributed by United Artists. It was nominated for 3 Oscars at the Academy Awards in 1978.
