Edmond Mulet

Edmond Auguste Mulet Lesieur (born 13 March 1951) is a Guatemalan politician and lawyer. He was the last Chief of Staff to former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.[1] He was Guatemala's ambassador to the European Union, the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. From 1992 to 1993, he was the President of the Congress of Guatemala.

He ran for president in 2019, however he only won 11% of the vote. He ran for President of Guatemala in the 2023 election.
