Eddie Johnston
Edward Joseph Johnston (born November 24, 1935 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey goaltender, coach, and general manager. Johnston played 22 years in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played with the Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs, St. Louis Blues, and Chicago Black Hawks. He was the head coach of the Black Hawks for 1 year and the head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins for 7 years. He was also the general manager of the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Hartford Whalers.

He won the Stanley Cup with the Bruins twice, in 1970 and 1972. He retired from playing professional ice hockey in 1978. He is the Penguins' all-time leader in coaching losses (224) and games coached (516).[1]
