E. M. Nathanson
Erwin "Mick" Nathanson (February 17, 1928 – April 5, 2016) was an American author. He was known as the author of the 1965 novel The Dirty Dozen. His book was made into a movie with the same name.[1] He was born in The Bronx, New York.

Nathanson died at his home in Laguna Niguel, California from heart failure on April 5, 2016, aged 88.[2]
