Dumb

Dumb is a word which describes a human state:

1. Muteness: being unable (or unwilling) to talk. This is the proper term to describe someone who cannot speak.
2. Stupidity, a lack of normal intelligence. Way of saying someone lacks normal intelligence. Often is understood as an offensive term, a term of abuse.
