Driver and Vehicle Agency

The Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA), also known as Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland (DVLNI) is the organisation that holds the registers of drivers and vehicles for Northern Ireland. The DVA head office is in Coleraine in Northern Ireland. They are an agency of the Northern Ireland government.[1]
