Donald M. Fraser
Donald MacKay Fraser (February 20, 1924 – June 2, 2019) was an American politician. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served in the United States House of Representatives from Minnesota's 5th congressional district from 1963 to 1979. He served as the 44th Mayor of Minneapolis from 1980 to 1993.[1]
