David Pasquesi

David Pasquesi (born December 23, 1960) is an American comedian and actor. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. His best known roles are in Groundhog Day, Strangers with Candy, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Return to Me, The Ice Harvest, and Veep.
