David Frank (media executive)
David Frank (24 September 1958 – November 2021) was a Kenyan-born British businessman. He was the CEO of Dial Square 86 and the chairman of The RightsXchange.[1] He was the founder of RDF Media and the onetime CEO of Zodiak Media SA.[2]
