Davaoeño language

Davaoeño (also referred to as Dabawenyo: ceb; Standard Cebuano), is one of the main dialect used of Davaoeños in Davao City, Southern Philippines, is a variety of Standard Cebuano language influenced by the "Cebuano people" from Cebu province in Visayan and mixed with the Tagalog language in the southern mainland Luzon, It is an ancient languages from Malayo-Polynesian languages including Indonesia and Malaysia from the south in the Philippines.[2]Davaoeño peoples are from Cebu in Visayan province and from southern luzon mainland Tagalog called Bisdak, B'laan and Bisalog or Bisayang-Tagalog.[3]

History

The origin of Davaoeño people are from Cebu province including in the cities of General Santos City, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, Tangub and Zamboanga City and Blaan also are tribes from the province of South Cotabato.[4]
