Cosmo Haskard

Sir Cosmo Dugal Patrick Thomas Haskard KCMG MBE (25 November 1916 – 21 February 2017) was an Irish-born British colonial administrator and retired British Army officer. He was born in Dublin. He served as Governor of the Falkland Islands from 1964 through 1970.

He turned 100 in November 2016.[1] Haskard died on 21 February 2017 in Bantry Bay, County Cork, Ireland, aged 100.[2]
