Conrad Phillips
Conrad Phillips (born Conrad Philip Havord; 13 April 1925 – 13 January 2016) was a British movie and television actor. He was born in London, England.[1] He was known for playing William Tell in The Adventures of William Tell and for guest-star role as Mr. Lloyd in Fawlty Towers.
