Christopher M. Fairman
Christopher M. Fairman (1960 or 1961 – July 22, 2015) was an American professor of law at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and Associate Dean for Faculty. He was also the C. William O'Neill Professor in Law and Judicial Administration. He was known for his book Fuck: Word Taboo and Protecting Our First Amendment Liberties. Fairman was born in Kansas.[1] He was awarded the "Outstanding Professor Award 2003" by the Graduating Class of 2003.[2]

Fairman died after suffering cardiac arrest in Columbus, Ohio, aged 54.[1]
