Cava
Cava is a white sparkling wine from Catalonia. Like other similar sparkling wine, fermentation will happen in the bottle. It is produced from different kinds of white grapes. It has been produced since 1872. Today, most Cava is produced in Penedès. The regulations for Cava are similar to those for Crémant, which is mostly produced in France.
