Carlos Westendorp

Carlos Westendorp y Cabeza (born 7 January 1937[1]) is a Spanish diplomat. He was Secretary General of the Club of Madrid. He was the 2nd High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 1999 he was elected Member of the European Parliament representing the PSOE. He left the office in 2003. He was born in Madrid.

This name uses Spanish naming customs; the first or paternal family name is Westendorp and the second or maternal family name is Cabeza.
