Carlos Escudé
Carlos Andrés Escudé Carvajal (10 August 1948 – 1 January 2021) was an Argentine political scientist and author. He was special advisor to foreign minister Guido di Tella. He was born in Buenos Aires. He was a visiting professor at Harvard University.

Escudé died on 1 January 2021 in Buenos Aires from COVID-19 at aged 72.[1]
