Cameron Monaghan

Cameron Riley Monaghan (born August 16, 1993) is an American actor and model. Monaghan is best known for his role as Ian Gallagher on the Showtime comedy-drama series Shameless. He has also appeared as Jeremiah Valeska also known as the Joker[1] on the Fox crime series Gotham.
