Calderdale
Calderdale is a metropolitan borough of West Yorkshire. The population in 2020 was 211,439.[1]
It was formed in 1974 by the merger of Brighouse, Elland, Halifax, Sowerby Bridge, Hebden Bridge and Todmorden.[2] Calderdale Council is mostly in Halifax, the biggest town.
