Brian Hutton, Baron Hutton

James Brian Edward Hutton, Baron Hutton, PC (29 June 1932 – 14 July 2020) was a British politician and lawyer. He was the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland from 1989 to 1997 and Lord of Appeal in Ordinary from 1997 to 2004. Hutton was born in Belfast.

Hutton died on 14 July 2020, aged 88.[1]
