Boris Chochiev

Boris Eliozovich Chochiev (Russian: Борис Елиозович Чочиев; Ossetian: Цоциты Елиозы фырт Барис; 1 November 1957 – 22 July 2021)[1] was a South Ossetian politician. He was the acting Prime Minister of South Ossetia in 2008.[2] He became Prime Minister on 18 August 2008, after South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity had fired the former government.

Chochiev died on 22 July 2021 in Vladikavkaz, Russia from COVID-19 at the age of 63.[3]
