Blue Snowman

The Blue Snowman is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character is a scientist who wears an armored mech suit to commit crimes, regularly battling Wonder Woman. Using a telescopic snow ray, they can create blue snow to paralyze their victims.
