Quality

A study from the University of California, Davis in 2020 found that a majority of avocado oil sold in the US is either spoiled before its expiration date or is spoiled with other oils.[2][3] In some cases, the researchers found that bottles labeled as “pure” or “extra virgin” avocado oil is soybean oil.[2]
