Arnold Palmer

Arnold Daniel Palmer (September 10, 1929 September 25, 2016) was an American professional golfer. He won many events in PGA and Champions Tours[1] dating back to 1955. These included winning the Masters Tournament, the U.S. Open, and The Open Championship.

Palmer was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.[1] He studied at Wake Forest College.

Palmer died at a hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 25, 2016, aged 87.[2] He died from complications of heart problems while awaiting for heart surgery.[3]
