Arita (有田町, Arita-chō) is a Japanese town in Saga on the island of Kyushu.[1]

The town is best known for making porcelain and other ceramics.[2]
Geography
Arita is in the western part of Saga Prefecture. It is on the border with Nagasaki Prefecture.
