Anthony Adverse

Anthony Adverse is a 1936 American romantic adventure drama movie directed by Mervyn LeRoy and was based on the 1933 novel of the same name by Hervey Allen. It stars Fredric March, Olivia de Havilland, Claude Rains, Rollo Lloyd, Edmund Gwenn, Anita Louise, Donald Woods and was distributed by Warner Bros.. It was nominated for 7 Oscars and won 4 Academy Awards in 1937.[1]
